Would give one star if i could. Rudest workers I've ever met in a store, no one is willing to help with anything management is God awful and security doesn't do anything about theft the district manager needs to replace everyone, this is the worst Ross I've been to in the bay area

First of all as soon as I walk in the lady said in Spanish he is going to steal I'm with my 83 year old mom and my 78 year old dad the lost provision man said he is very sorry I told him every body don't steal I'm filling discrimination on this lady I never want this to happen to no other human being it feels real bad my name is Edward Rodriguez and I am my mother still purchased her items and it's not right to do that to nobody

The cashier was unprofessional and the manager was the same I almost put my things back they mingled as there was a line of about 30 people they don’t put customers first they look at us abl buyers that’s it that’s all smh

The security followed me and loss prevention was very rude and I spent 900$ in the two day shopping spree I did for Xmas... And still was treated like a criminal and still am treated as such Everytime I go in there since.

I can never find much for myself. This location doesn’t get a lot of new stock from what I can tell. They do have a ton of kids clothes and toys, so I still go.

Horrible over the phone service. Called to see if there were a pair of football cleats that a friend recently saw 2 hours in the store prior. First call the person hung up as soon as I asked and the 2nd time I called the person just said they didn’t have them then proceeded to say that they might have 1 or 2 pairs and that they didn’t do item checks. Being transparent and a little bit of kindness goes a long way. Trash customer service.

I love this place! Always something different to offer. Not sure when they get a truck but I'm going to find out because everyone gets the good stuff before I get there lol. The shelf and clothes racks are almost always full but the past few times I've gone not so much. Git some cute clothes there

I am assuming that they are restocking for Christmas although the shelves were full. I had trouble finding bedding that I needed for that night. I couldn't find sheets but I found a decent blanket and some awesome jumbo pillows and cases that fit. The Christmas items that I saw looked nice. Will go back when I have more time.
